ARRIVING TO CLASS

New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class to ensure you get your introduction on the Megaformer. It is strongly advised you do not attend your first session on an empty stomach as this is a high intensity workout and some may feel a little dizzy or light headed.

To ensure your safety on the machine,  you may be denied entry to the class if you fail to arrive on time.

All Other Clients: If you are not present at the start time of your reserved class, your spot will be given away to a client on the waitlist. If nobody is on the waitlist, you can still attend however we have a 5 minute grace period. In order to maintain the integrity and flow of our classes, and in consideration for others, please be on time for class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Class cancellation or changes of booking should be done either online, via email or WhatsApp up to 4 hours before class start time and up to 8 hours before a private class. 

REFUNDS

All sales are final, non-refundable and non transferrable. Switching a class is only permitted up to 6 hours before class start time and up to 12 hours before a private class. However, changes will depend on the availability of a slot and the private room. 

WAITLIST

IMPORTANT: it is assumed if you’re on the waitlist, you’ll be able to take the class if you get in. If you do not want the spot, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist the evening before. You are automatically added to the class if a spot opens up. It is considered a late cancel if you do not want to take class and want to be removed less than 6 hours.

GRIP SOCKS

They are MANDATORY, no exceptions. Regular socks with no grips are not allowed.

Grip socks are available for purchase here at the studio, but you are also more than welcome to bring your own.

CLASS PACKS

1 single class: valid for 1 month.

3 class introductory package (for new clients only, within 1 week of registration): valid for 3 months.

All other class packages: valid for 6 months.

1 single private class: valid for 1 month.

10 private class package: valid for 6 months.

MEMBERSHIPS

Limited to one booking per day.

1 month membership: valid for 1 month from date of purchase.

3 month membership: valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
